Booking and cancellation terms

1. The customer pays the full cost of the reservation at the time of booking.
2. The customer may reschedule the reservation to another available date one month before arrival, provided that the amount remains non-refundable.
3. If the reservation is cancelled later than 14 days before the time of arrival, the amount is non-refundable.
4. The customer has the right to cancel the booking and refund 96% of the paid funds no later than 14 days before the arrival time.
5. The customer has the right to change the dates of the stay once no later than 7 days before the arrival time.
6. When checking in, foreign citizens must have an application for entry and stay of foreign citizens in the territory with a regulated visit in the Kamchatka Territory to the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Kamchatka Territory. The application must be made on the letterhead of the travel organizer and must contain the following information of the foreign citizen in Latin and Russian: surname, first name, date of birth, nationality, and identity document data; the purpose of entry, the period of stay, the details of the vehicles on which foreign citizens will travel, information about the persons accompanying foreign citizens on the trip, and the route of travel.

Rules for accommodation in the rooms and cottages of the Lesnaya recreation center

Residents are provided with free breakfast in the cafe on the territory of the center daily from 9:00 to 11:00 and a complimentary visit to the swimming pool at the Lesnaya center on all days of stay except the day of departure.
Also, at no extra charge upon request, residents are provided with: use of a parking lot, calling an ambulance, calling a taxi, use of a first aid kit, morning call upon request, provision of boiling water, needles, threads, daily cleaning, cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels: in rooms and chalets - once every 3 days, in guest cottages - once every 5 days.

Check-in - from 15:00, Check-out time - 12:00.
The administration is open until 21.00.
The swimming pool at the Lesnaya base is open from 11:00 to 24:00. On days when the water is changed, the pool is open until 22:00.

Upon check-in, a tourist tax of 1% of the reservation price is charged, but not less than 100 rubles.

Accommodation rules:

1. Notify the administrator by phone 347-100 15 minutes before check-out.
2. The number of guests accommodated in the rented premises must not exceed the number of beds.

3. Children under 5 years old stay with their parents free of charge without providing an extra bed. Breakfast and the swimming pool for the child are paid for by the parent separately.

4. Check-in is only possible upon presentation of identity documents of all guests.

5. If you wish to extend your stay, you must notify the administrator in advance. The administration has the right to refuse to extend your stay or delay your check-out if this is not possible. In this case, the guest must leave the accommodation by the check-out time.

6. In case of a guest's delayed check-out, the accommodation fee is charged at the rate of 5% of the cost of accommodation per 1 hour. The maximum extension is 3 hours.
7. Upon check-in, a cash deposit is paid in case of damage to property - 5,000 rubles. Damage is paid in accordance with the price list. The deposit is returned upon return of the cottage, room, chalet, if there is no damage.
8. The guest has the right to bring visitors to the recreation center. The cost of a visitor's stay in the rented premises before 23:00 is 300 rubles / person, after 23:00 - 2000 rubles / person. The visitor is required to show the administrator an identity document.
9. Parking in personal vehicles is allowed only in the base's parking lot. It is possible to enter the territory of the base to unload personal belongings for no more than 15 minutes.
10. If the premises are returned in a heavily soiled condition or with foreign odors, an additional fee is charged proportionate to the costs of special cleaning by the cleaning company. The tenant is responsible for the rented premises, the adjacent territory and the guests invited by him.

Residents of the base are required to:

1. When leaving the rented premises, close the windows, water taps, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances, and lock the premises with a key. When leaving the rented premises, return the key to the administrator. Otherwise, the deposit is not refundable.

2. Observe moral and ethical standards of behavior, refrain from excessive alcohol consumption and obscene language in places of mass recreation of visitors to the base. Respect the right of others to rest. Do not insult the staff and visitors of the recreation center with actions and words.

3. Observe safety rules in the forest and when visiting the pool and water park.

4. From 23:00 to 09:00, observe silence and do not disturb other visitors of the recreation center. An exception is pre-planned animation events at the recreation center.

5. Take good care of the property of the recreation center, including that transferred for temporary use.

Residents of the base are prohibited from:

1. Leaving strangers in the rented premises in their absence, giving them keys to the premises.
2. Entering the territory of the base, rented premises with pets.
3. Independently turning on, turning off and adjusting any engineering and technical equipment of the base.
4. Using any pyrotechnics on the territory of the base.
5. Smoking in the rented premises, including hookahs, electronic cigarettes, vapes.
6. Bringing and storing weapons, flammable, explosive and toxic materials and substances in the premises.

For each violation of the above rules of residence, a fine of 2,000 rubles is charged. In case of serious violations, the Administration has the right to evict guests from the cottage, room.

In the event of a fire or other emergency, immediately inform the duty administrator, the security service or other employees of the Lesnaya recreation center about what is happening.
