According to the Resolution of the Governor of the Kamchatka Territory of July 3, 2021 No. 94 "On measures to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) on the territory of the Kamchatka Territory", paragraph 3.5. It is prohibited to accept and place in hotels and other accommodation facilities of citizens of the Russian Federation and foreign citizens who have arrived on the territory of the Kamchatka Territory for recreation and tourism (with the exception of children under the age of 14), in the absence of one of the following documents: 1) a medical document (certificate issued by a medical organization) on vaccination against a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) or a certificate of preventive vaccination from COVID-19, including from the personal account of the Unified Portal of state and Municipal Services, in electronic form or on paper; 2) a negative result of a laboratory test for a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) by PCR, obtained not earlier than 72 hours before arrival on the territory of the Kamchatka Territory in electronic form or on paper; 3) a medical document about a disease caused by a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), or a certificate about a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) from the personal account of the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services, valid for 6 months from the date of recovery, in electronic form or on paper.". Foreign citizens must have a request for entry and stay of foreign citizens in the territory with a regulated visit to the Kamchatka Territory in the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Kamchatka Territory when settling in. The application is made on the travel organizer's letterhead, it must contain the following data of a foreign citizen in Latin and in Russian: surname, first name, date of birth, nationality, data of an identity document; purpose of entry, period of stay, data of vehicles on which foreign citizens will travel, information about persons accompanying foreign citizens on the trip, route of movement. Living conditions
Accommodation is carried out according to the number of places occupied by the cottage or room, based on the presentation of identity documents.

Cancellation of the reservation: If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days in advance, a fine in the amount of the reservation price will be charged.
Rules for staying in the rooms and cottages of the base:
Cottages and rooms of the b / o Lesnaya are intended for temporary residence of citizens for a period agreed with the administration. If you want to extend your stay, you must inform the administrator in advance.
Breakfast is included in the price of services. Breakfast is served in a cafe located on the territory of the water park "Miracle Island".
Also, the following types of services are provided to residents without additional payment: use of the parking lot; ambulance call; taxi call; use of a first-aid kit; morning call on demand; provision of boiling water, needles, thread; daily cleaning; cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels 1 time in 3 days.
Check-in-from 14: 00.
Check-out time is 12: 00.
The working hours of the Administration are from 09: 00 to 18: 00
The working hours of the thermal pool are from 11: 00 to 24: 00
ATTENTION TO RESIDENTS:
1. The cost of visiting the Water Park is not included in the price of accommodation and is paid separately. For the guests of the base, there is a thermal pool on the territory of the base.
2. 15 minutes before departure, inform the administrator by phone 8-924-784-71-00.
1. Accommodation is carried out according to the number of places occupied by the cottage or room, based on the presentation of identity documents. There is no fee for cohabitation of children under 5 years old with their parents.
2. When placing a deposit in cash is paid to avoid damage to the property of the recreation center – 5,000 RUBLES. The deposit is refunded upon delivery of the cottage roomchalet. In case of damage, payment will be charged at the current rates.
3. Payment for accommodation services is carried out according to the approved price list in rubles of the Russian Federation.
4. Form of payment – cash and non-cash payment.
5. When booking a stay, make a deposit in the amount of 100% of the cost of the ordered services.
6. The accommodation fee is charged according to the check-out time.
7. Inform the administration of the recreation center in a timely manner about any delay in departure. In case of 100% loading of accommodation places, the administration has the right to refuse the possibility of a delay in departure, the guest in this case is obliged to leave the cottage (room) by the time of the check-out hour.
8. In case of a delay in the guest's departure, the accommodation fee is charged at the rate of 5% of the cost of accommodation for 1 hour. The maximum extension is 3 hours;
9. The customer pays a penalty (non-refundable amount-in the amount of 10% of the daily cost of all ordered cottages); in case of cancellation of the final application less than twenty days before the day of arrival-in the amount of 30% of the daily cost of all ordered cottages; fourteen days before the day of arrival – in the amount of 50% of the daily cost of all ordered cottages; seven days before the day of arrival – in the amount of 100% of the daily cost of all ordered cottages.
10. The guest has the right to conduct visitors to the recreation center. The visitor's stay in the cottage (room/chalet) until 23: 00 – 300 rubles/person, after 23: 00-2000 rubles/person.
11. It is forbidden to leave strangers in the occupied cottage / room in your absence and give them the keys to the cottage/room.
12. It is forbidden to enter the territory of the base (houses/rooms/chalets) with pets.
13. Parking on private vehicles on the territory of the base is strictly prohibited. Check-in for unloading personal belongings – 15 min.
14. It is forbidden to independently turn on, turn off and regulate any engineering and technical equipment of the base.
15. Staying in the thermal pool after its closure is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
16. The tenant is responsible for the house, the surrounding area and the guests invited by him.
17. When renting a house / room in an unsanitary condition, an additional fee is charged.
18. It is forbidden to use any pyrotechnics on the territory of the base.
19. When leaving the cottage (room), the guest is obliged to close the windows, water taps, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances, close the cottage (room) on the key. When leaving the cottage (room), hand over the key to the administrator. Otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded.
20. All guests and visitors of the recreation center are obliged to observe and strictly comply with:
• rules for the use of infrastructure facilities;
* moral and ethical norms of behavior, refrain from excessive alcohol consumption and obscene expressions in places of mass recreation of guests and visitors of the base. Respect the right of others to rest. Do not insult the staff of the recreation center with actions and words.
• safety rules when visiting the pool;
• safety rules in the forest;
* in the period from 23 pm to 09 am, observe silence and do not cause inconvenience to other guests and visitors of the recreation center. The exception is pre-planned animation events at the recreation center;
* take care of the property of the recreation center, including those transferred for temporary use. In case of loss or damage to property, voluntarily reimburse its cost according to the tariffs approved by the administration.
* smoking is prohibited in houses/rooms/chalets.
* the administration reserves the right to take measures to organize the eviction of guests from the cottage / room.
21. For each violation of the above rules of accommodation
, a fine of 2000 rubles is charged.
Terms and Conditions:
The contractor has the right to refuse booking if there are no available rooms on the date specified in the application. In case of prepayment, free cancellation of the reservation is not possible. If you cancel your reservation later than 14 days before arrival, the cost of the first day will be charged.
